Our Mission

Special Olympics actively supports people with intellectual disabilities by giving them the opportunity to compete in sports, develop lasting friendships, engage with their local communities and reach their full potential.

Where the Funds Go

Directly supporting a weekly sports program for 250 registered Special Olympics athletes across 40 locations in 12 sports.

Providing a weekly motor skills program with 365 students with an intellectual disability participating over the course of the year. Schools involved include St Lucy's, St Edmund's, Cromehurst, Karoonga, Clarke Road, Gibbons Street, Ryde Secondary College, Chatswood High, Warrawee Public and Macquarie University Special Education Centre.
